d.craven is right. I downloaded this and it didn't show up in the pull down list in the skins tab. I went into the folder for this skin and there was no .uis files to speak of, looks like the download is missing something. The only files that were in the folder were .bmp's and one .SSS file, maybe you should look into that

i suggest you leave this skin WELL alone and try a much more accurate version. Such as 'Windows XP Blue Version' by 'MessiahWWKD'. I'm afraid to say this is a poor attempt. Looks nothing like the XP Blue Luna Style that comes with WindowsXP.

I made this during WindowsXP beta and never got around to updating it. It looks exactly like some late-ish beta version of XP's luna did, however. I actually did update the version on my hard drive relatively recently, and wasn't sure if there would still be enough interest for me to post it. I suppose I might as well, though.
