I really like this. So much detail; a weird but cool design sky scraper in the middle, couple other smaller buildings here and tehre. A factory like thing on top, a temple on left, flaying machine here and there, a roof garden ther. Damn, really, how long did it take you to do that. More then couple of days for sure.

Is spend some time on my desktop, and my wall, because I printed it out, full page.

Really astonishing work.
Beautifull.

Mr Satyre, I know its an old movie, but this could have been used as a backdrop for "Blade Runner"! Excellent design here! A1-10!

This is a doodle? I wonder what it would look like when you don't call it a doodle. Great work man, great work. I have one question. What do you suggest to someone who's starting out and insterested in making wallpapers and such. I have photoshop but don't know where to start. You must be a pro. Any tips...thanks...great work

Thanks so much for all the very kind compliments! I am really honored. I suppose I should rephrase when I said this took me "a couple of days." I had done a previous version of this picture about a year earlier, and it was lacking in realism. I spent a long time looking at the buildings I saw every day, trying to learn from them, and incorporate that level of detail into my next attempt. I got about 75% there, I think, but I'm happy if you're happy! I then spent a day or so designing each building and structure separately in Bryce, then merging them one by one into a blank canvas (couldn't do them all at once). Then it was a matter of sheer luck to get the correct atmosphere! Then into Photoshop for the lens flares. If I had LightWave, I think I might have done better, but I don't have $1800! LOL

Perhaps this will prompt Bryce users to experiment a little more 'in depth'.
Any and every graphic proggy is limited by the vision and deftness of its user...

I know what you mean about Bryce (the more you add the more sluggish it becomes and even trying to move objects becomes crazy when it's loaded to the max with stuff) but WOW...I never knew Bryce could do what you did with it!
