Yes, so low rating, It makes me feel like deleting the skin but then I remember that I uploaded it following a request from a user of this forums.
I use this image in my Firefox themes & WB & know that some people really like it.
Anyway, the rating system sucks! It doesn't work for me too most of the times (I wonder who can really rate skins)
Anyway, I think it would be better to let all the users vote (Democracy vs. Aristocracy)...
Well, it'll be nice to get more comments (& ratings), any feedback is welcome...

Well done wallpaper... i've discovered it searching themes for PALEMOON (a firefox clone)... and frankell is right about that f***ing rating system here...

I really like this !! What a pity for the "1 and half stars" very low rate, moreover I tried to rate the skin (for 3 times) 5 stars but it's seems the rate system is refusing to work
