I would make a bootskin or logon if I knew how....what program do I use??

Well for Logon I think you can use this: http://www.stardock.com/products/logonstudio/
And for bootskins maybe this: http://www.stardock.com/products/bootskin/
You'll have to read up on them I don't make them myself I come here to look and download mostly.

I like it very much,very detailed Photoshop work i must say,you achieved the techy feeling very well. And it would make a great boot with some scriptures. If you need help with that just mail me at: nethphp@hotmail.com Rated: 5-Stars. 
PS: You might wanna update it with a better font to increase readability. Also you may need permission to use that globe! (If i'm not mistaken it was created by Vlad, don't exactly remember the name of the wall).

After some reseearch I can say that Vlad has used that globe on a wall....I did get permission from the guy that I "Thought" made it but it must have been ripped from there.....but to not have any disputes I have replaced this wall with another one using a simple globe picture with a vector mask and hue colorization to match the wall...thank you for pointing this out and if Vlad is the true author of this globe then I do apolagize...the new wall is awaiting moderation... and I will pull this one as soon as Vlad has had time to read the apology.....thank you....DigiPhen
