How can i open it? Every graphics application i have says that it's not jpg image...

The easiest way to open it is to just save it from the preview window - though that wouldn't count as a download so I wouldn't know how many people have liked the work. The downloaded file is a zip and you'll need to expand it to see the files in it. If you have XP then ZIP support is built in and you can open it just like a folder.
