its 'ok'
the bottom of the bordered frame doesnt seem to work and the clock doesn't seem to match the rest of the skin.
I like the layout of everything - just a bit more clean up and it will be really nice!

Thanks for the feedback! ...and I thought the clock face gave it a touch of style. 
oh well...I think I have the bottom of the frame fixed, and I'll colorize the clock to match the blue theme.
