Well, I did upload the NextSTART skins (there are 4 of them, one for each edge of the screen), but somebody deleted them, despite the permission in the ZIP files. At Johanne's request, I re-uploaded them and hopefully they won't get deleted this time.

Okay, update on the NextSTART themes. Nobody deleted them. I either made the filenames too long, or WinCustomize doesn't like spaces and or parentheses in filenames. I shortened the filenames and removed the spaces and parentheses, and the files uploaded fine. Wish I would have gotten an error message telling me the filenames were bad. But oh, well, Johanne helped me get them up and working correctly.

Thanks
