The ring isn't a template. Well, if I wanted to make another icon with it, I guess it would be 
. I just created 3 disks in photoshop, and colored them to look beveled. Then placed one on top of the other. Then I already had a "glassy" look from a previous icon I had created. I shrunk it down, and put it on top of the 3 disks. Then took a print screen of the bittorrent wave. Modified it a little bit and tried to make it less blurry. Enhanced the contast, and saved.
