hi there... Andreas, i must say you rock, im a new user from objectdock and i already have lots of your stuff which im loving!!!!

PROBLEM THOUGH: i installed this digital clock today and was testing the alarm, i chose the "blink text" option, and when the alarm "went on" the clock dissapeared BUT left its spot, i added another one and the blank spot is still blank, and when i try to right-click it, or just click it to remove it, I CANT, its an invisible thing that cant be dragged...

is it just me? what can i do? ill try anything anyone pitches at me! haha
ANDREAS, SERIOUSLY, AMAZING WORKS, keep it like that!

Cool clock, but everytime Windows restarts the date is re-displayed. I have it set so that only the time is showing but every time I turn on my computer the date shows up with the time. Is there a way for this to remember not to show the date?

I had the same problem with the clock not maintaining it's setings. I just added a tabbed My Dock onto my desktop, whereas before I was only using the basic Desktop menu and the clock now appaears to maintain its settings.

Hey, is there any way to switch the clock from army time to a 12 hour clock?

Could this Docklet be updated to allow for an empty Date and empty Time? Every time it starts up it fills them in if they've been removed in the past. I'm aware you can hack it with a non-breaking space character (0160) but it would be nice if it just worked - it's going to be a common configuration.

Other than that, great clock.

Would love to be able to view it without the date, and allow it to expand over 2 dock entries, as its way too small to view with just the time, let alone the time and date.

I agree that it would be nice if clicking the clock opened up Date & Time Properties.

Dude, alt 0160 man, you are my hero. I was just about to bitch about that, because with my laptop, it would always reset. You are my favorite human being, and I love you. and totally not in the creepy obsessive way.

Awesome docklet the only reason I keep my original toolbar visible is to see the time -- I'm analog clock impaired (couldn't read one to save my life ) either way; digital is more easier Now all you need to make is an MSN docklet

Hey, this is by far the most useful docklet on this website (in my opinion). Thanks alot AndreasV. I just have one little problem though, i'm trying to make it only display the time, without the date. It works but everytime my computer restarts, so does the docklet. It starts displaying the date again... I was wondering if someone had a way to fix this or if you could possibly help me out. Thanks again. Edit: I just tried the Alt 0160 method but it doesn't seem to work on my laptop...

Every time ObjectDock opens back up (such as starting up Windows) the clock and label formats I have set are reset to their defaults. This 'bug' (is it considered a bug?) even occured with the RocketDock version, but it was less often than with ObjectDock.

Thank you so much, it's exactly what I was looking for. The date problem can be fixed adding 'gg' also; it's supposed to be 'period/era string' but since it doesn't work--at least in my laptop, there is nothing to be displayed. Here's my new "Quick launch bar"

So... When I try to extract the files it says that I don't have permission or something like that. 6 errors come up and it won't let me extract it to the proper folder
