i think you have to have purchased the product in order to rate it. also, i think if you have purchased it, it also helps your rating. If i new my original stardock acc# or email, i would know more, but for now im just counted as a visitor.

yes, all these downloads are free, but there provided by stardock, & they make & sell software such as desktopx, objectdock, etc. which allot of these downloads run on or work together with, they also have cool free versions but there limited.
