Scott, any clue on a readme or faq for changing the sample project? Or am i just being stupid? LOL

Nice work, but I would suggest trying a minimised version with just icons, as a developer myself, I know exactly what I'm running and what the icons look like, therefore (alongside the fact that I usually have 20 or so apps running at the same time) it would be nice to have the ability to shrink the fields in the topbar and set them all to icon only (not tht I can't do that, it just doesn't resize well) Or am I missing something?

Also, can anyone tell me how to get the address field longer? The plug-in is un-adjustable in length, as is the setting in the theme settings.

But otherthan that, I think we got a winner here! I love the mappings to the system tools and whatnot! Good work Scott! I'll give you an eight for stunning!

PS. any chance on color change for the whole bar and not just the button outline?

Scott,

It's looking mean and lean. I dig it. Oh did I mention I love blue?

Hmm, can't find an email for you spyderman so I guess I'll answer your questions here.

To change/add stuff to the sample project you actually have to open up the object bar properties and edit the bars. I've thought about making a utility that would find all code projects and set up the bars for you, but this is in the future.

I'm kinda confused about your 2nd question since the running apps appear on the side, not the top, and there's tons of room to see them all. The reason I don't like just icons for running apps is because I usually have 2 or 3 instances of DevStudio running and I need to know which is which.

I think we're stuck with the default length of the address bar for now, I've tried to make it bigger and failed. Maybe a future version of the plugin.

I am thinking about doing full color changes for the bars (now that i've gotten the mouseovers fixed), any suggestions are welcome.

If you need any help setting up your bars, feel free to email me at samus@faier.net. If anything we can arrange to get on a chat client at the same time.

i have this on my computer and i love it. I am getting anybody who has object bar to get it. Only thing is i wish you would have made two different ones one with the tabbar deal and one with out other wise you get an error that one of the bars is missing

EXCELLENT work, Scott! Much much better than the tired buggy XP clone crap that some other "authors" are taking up band width with. If this is mega trash, then keep it coming. LOL

Great Job Scott! I downloaded this theme and I did not see the system meters come up as shown on the screen shot. Should I be running something special to see these meters?

I should really change the screen shot, since I keep getting questions about this. The meters are a program called SysMetrix, you can find a link to that program on this site under the SysMetrix skins. The skin there is Globes By Jim.

I love it, but is there somewhere within the defintion that the tab key is being redefined. Its not giving me my indents in dreamweaver.. it does a task swap to desktop or something.

I don't define tabs in there at all, in fact, I don't think object bar does anything with tabs....

If you have ObjectBar installed, double clicking on the file once you've downloaded it should be all you need to do.

This is a truly amazing theme. One thing... can you link me to the skin and WindowBlinds theme?

Oh, wait a second.... I have a few problems with it, now. for one thing, the gray bar on the bottom right doesn't appear anywhere. Also, the DesktopX bar on the right doesn't appear either. The last thing is that there are 3 blueish dots in the top-left area, that when I right click on them, are bars... but I just delete them, because they stay on top of everything. Can somebody help me?

Still a great theme when I delete those 3 things!!! LOL

Ugh, I swear I'm never going to include other stuff in my screen shot ever again

OK, the thing on the bottom left is Stardock's Tab Launch Pad, not part of object bar.

The thing on the right is Sysmetrix, not desktopX, or object bar.

As for the 3 blueish dots, you're the first to report that...hmmm...its possible that something got left behind in there that shouldn't have. Try switching to one of the alternate themes and see if they're there. It could also be a sizing issue, you might be running at a low enough resolution to cause some of the bars to shrink to dot size. (I've experienced that before). I'll take a look tonight, if I can recreate, I'll post here. Otherwise, I'll stay silent

OK, thanks for clearing that up for me. Anyway, about the 3 blue things, I remember that when I right-clicked on them, it said their name was "V_____" (I don't remember what the _____ is ( )

Third time I've said it... but still it's a great theme!!
