I was able to get this to install by changing the version lines to this:

OTSMajorVersion "2"
OTSMinorVersion "0"

ok, to clarify, simply changing the two lines to include the " marks did not work. I had to open a working theme.rc file and actually copy those two lines from it and paste over them in the LSE theme.rc

Mind you I could not see ANY difference other than possibly spacing, but copy/paste worked while editing didn't. go figure.

Worked by editing the versions for me (didnt have to copy/paste).
Need support for multimonitor though!

Very nice theme, I am using it now. I really like the layout and the graphics. I had to tweak it a bit to get it to run properly though. For those looking for a suitable windowblinds theme, I found "Beacon" by Mike Bryant to be a good choice. Keep up the good work.

Yes sir this a very nice theme I like every thing about it. Great graphics also appreciate links folder in the theme folder makes it real easy
