It's the solid black eyes. Or at least that is what my wife told me. She agrees with you BTW. I toyed with colored eyes and thought it was even creepier. I was kind of trying for those pictures with the solid black profiles. You know the ones that look like a white wine glass in the middle and 2 black profiles on the sides, then decided to animate it... Solid black did not allow for any details at all, so the slightly reflective texture was a compromise. Apparently the resident experts agree with you as I only got 5 stars... Anyway, thanks for the feedback. I appreciate the comments both positive and critical. These are all just experiments and I am learning as I go... Aren't we all.

I like the effect despite its being rather creepy. My only constructuve criticism is the immobility of the faces. I'm sure that to add wrinkling around the mouths as they open and the closing of the eyes as they approach the others mouth would be quite a bit more difficult and thus make the already great file size unnecessarily large. All in all I like the idea -as did my wife- and I think that it should be explored a bit more to see what else you can add. Good luck! DonCervantes
