I don't know if you can help in my situation but I have the not looping problem but I'm on Windows 7 and my Deskscapes doesn't have any internal player setting to check. I would appreciate any help to get it to loop.
Edit 10/4/12: I have finally fixed the no looping problem, I have never had an animated wallpaper before and it looks pretty cool, thank you very much for making this. I have also completed my complete dragonization of my computer, except for sounds and icons but I could never find any that I liked.
