How about the launch of WC2K5?

hey this is great. very cool. however, i turned the counter off temporarily (was playing online video games, not sure if i even needed to turn the counter off) and when i turned it back on, i don't get the option of having a picture above the counter. There isn't even an empty space to put a pic. I even dragged everything to my trash can and re downloaded but still get the same problem. Any advice? thanks. Love the counter, otherwise.

No space for pic here either, I just get the counter.

Where do i customize the picture? I click on the text to configure but only get the option to change the data for my countdown?

You don't have the top box, where it says "Click here to select an image, or just drag and drop any JPG, PNG or BMP"?
Now that's strange...  Try deleting your temporary DX files in C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\DesktopX\[yourusername]Theme
Note that this will delete any other DX object or theme you currently have running on your desktop.

Found the solution for the problem with the upper box (img) not showing:
The default for the "IMAGEFILE" entry in package2.ini is an invalid path. I just edited this file.
Loading the widget, a folder is created:
C:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Application Data\Stardock\DesktopX\WidgetCache\CountdwnWithImage1.1.exe\
You can find and edit the package2.ini file in it (after unloading the widget).
If you supply a valid path, pointing to an image on your drive, everything works just fine.
PS. I first tried to do the same by editing the registry but doing it through the .ini file does not require a reboot.

To save screen real estate, is there a way to display just the days to the countdown date?
