I love all your designs, but I think this may be my favorite. I love the one's with big easy to read clocks. Thanks so much for sharing.

You would need to first install DesktopX. Get it here. Then you can install this skin. There are links included in the about screen which lead to a couple tutorials on using my work.
To get the rest of the theme, (wallpaper, visual style, etc.) you'll need WindowBlinds to be installed. Get it here. Then get the master (paid) windowblind by Essorant from the link above.
