Yeah! totally agree with Murex.. Lot of awesome anims 
But not usable for me... very confused...flashing all my desktop .

Congratulations on your first! A great effort - I'm looking forward to another rising DX skinner.
A few points that will help you later:
Graphics like yours will have no problem. Animations are great, but don't overuse them (like I sometimes do... ). Make most animations on mouse over. Try to make the theme resolution independent - able to run on most resolutions. Add 'widgets' to increase functions.
So basically, balance usability, functionality, compatibility & visuals. Looking forward to your next!

Dear Sirs,many thanks for comments. Actually I have to learn more because of I know nothing about basic of theme,skin,widgets,script... . May be somebody can advise me where are I can find information about that. Excuse me for my English, I am seamen and it is mixed seamen English:)

Kostya! you find some tut: On the forums here or Wiki or download themes by peterdude, murex, sintatics or me, open that in dxbuilder and see how those works..

I love the 3D graphics (especially the floating heart) but I'm gonna agree with my fellow DXers; the animations are overwhelming. I'd like to see more tooltips on some of the buttons so I know what they are/do. Also thought the clock and date didn't exactly categorize as 'internet'. As Murex said, some objects shouldn't be moveable; also, you should make sure they are all grouped correctly (some of the objects get left behind when moving stuff around.) Overall, though, great first try. Can't wait to see more. Happy DXing!
