Okay, the second hand on the clock (the red one) comes off it's middle spindle, when first turning it on / installing it, all the hands are just floating around and not pointing to any numbers, and it's only when I drag the clock to another position on my desktop that the hands go to their proper place, and then within a few seconds the second hand comes off the center spindle.

I got the same results. The hands all come off and float around unless the clock is being dragged. I am using XP-Media Edition. 2Gb Ram. The clock is buggy. Thank you for subbmitting it. But it still needs work.
