not sure why the cpu meter isn't working for some - it uses the standard dx performance meters plugin
as far as the net meters are concerned you may ahve to change the network plugin objects from RAS to Network Interface due to a difference in connection type. You can locate the objects in the dx object navigator, open up their property sheets, select the plugin and click "configure".
