I´m not a master in this, you have some of talent but your cursors are poor in design. You need to work more in your designs. About this cursor....

You couldnt be more wrong, this was designed by request to look just like it does, If you don't think he has great ideas and design capacity then check his gallery.. you will not find a single person that agrees with you.
