Thanks bachbeet, I appreciate you taking the time to submit some great feedback - as for the 2 1/2 stars, oh well I guess you can't please everyone. 
It's one of my favorite bootskins: it's a custom image, custom background, custom everything except for the winxp logo (aside from me adding the "sp3" exponent). Plus my preview is a 16 color preview, that's how it will look when you boot up which is pretty good quality - I like it alot, been using it for a while now, thought it was worth uploading the revision. Glad you liked it, I may update the rest of the xp sp2 series accordingly.

thank you Mr blazeaway, glad you liked the artwork - I'm kind of fond of it myself, I actually like the 'windows' scribble though, makes it look more official, if you want the png that I created in fireworks for this image and all it's layers, just mail me a rfcilia at gmail dot com
