This may be due to a seperate permisson file in the bootskin file. Unzip the complete file and use the bootskin file within, this should work. Or simply download the skin form my site http://bootskin.rgross.de, this file is without the separate permission requested by wincustomize.com. Hope this helps

Hmm, strangely enough packed files, ie files are the skin is not in the folder "\ Stardock \ WinCustomize \ BootSkin \ skins \ bluering" a further folder bluering, embedded in bluering "1", except that folder there is folder "Programm", including inside a Martin... 
But still, a skin-friendly, Incidentally there is a button "Edit", which you can edit skin, usually without any problems and resubmit the file with the skin is automatically moved into first place in the Gallery (* to the last date of "Edit" By the way, thought and understood, it is clear all the files were used to expand "zip", and now all files have been expanding "bootskin",
