This may be due to a seperate permisson file in the bootskin file. Unzip the complete file and use the bootskin file within, this should work. Or simply download the skin form my site http://bootskin.rgross.de, this file is without the separate permission requested by wincustomize.com. The skin is for XP. Hope this helps
